Thanksgiving is one of the best food holidays of the year. Autumn is here, and with it comes rich, satisfying flavors and recipes that reflect the season. When it comes to eating, Turkey Day is royalty.
On such an occasion, who can resist adding delicious cheese to the appetizer table? Dense and flavorful choices that can hold up to the wines being poured are always welcome, but how to select the best cheeses and wines to pair?
Spend an evening learning the secrets of holiday wine and cheese pairing. Join educator and author (and gravy lover) Adam Centamore for an event filled with Thanksgiving cheese and wine pairings!
You'll sample various cheeses from around the world at their very best for the season, expertly paired with condiments and wines in ways that will keep you in the holiday spirit all season long. While enjoying the pairings, you'll learn how to create pairings at home so you can take holiday entertaining to the next level.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option.
