Making Thanksgiving side dishes, appetizers, and desserts ahead of time gives you the time to enjoy making great recipes one at a time. In this interactive online class, you’ll learn how to make chestnuts and apricot stuffing, winter root mash, brussels sprouts with maple mustard sauce, and sweet and sour red cabbage. We’ll finish with pumpkin gingerbread pudding. We’ll talk about what can be frozen or made a week ahead and how to manage the kitchen to prepare this coming Thanksgiving dinner. The list of ingredients needed and recipe packet will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link. You can cook along and freeze some dishes for your Thanksgiving.
