Join us this Thanksgiving for our signature barre class formatted to include low-impact toning exercises followed by stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover.
Class begins with a warm up and a sequence of upper-body exercises which will include free weights, planks, and push-ups. The class then moves to the barre for your thigh and seat work which will focus on isometric strengthening exercises using your own body weight for resistance. Your core will be engaged the entire class but will be targeted towards the end of the class. Class will finish with a cool down and you will leave feeling accomplished and refreshed. All levels welcome. Grip socks are mandatory for this class.
