The sights, sounds, and flavors of Thailand burst through its street food. Often called the street food capital of the world, Bangkok’s signature cuisine offers unique ingredients, cooking styles, and dish garnishes. Join Ploy, a native Thai, who will teach you how to make authentic recipes that Thai people cook in Thailand. We’ll start with Thai cucumber salad with ground chicken and peanuts and hot and spicy shrimp soup (tom yum). We’ll also make red curry with chicken from scratch, including red curry paste served with jasmine rice. We will finish the class with mango sticky rice. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
