The sights, sounds, and flavors of Thailand burst through its street food. Often called the street food capital of the world, Bangkok’s signature cuisine offers unique ingredients, cooking styles, and dish garnishes. Join Ploy, a native Thai, and learn to make delicious dishes. We’ll make Thai vermicelli salad with ground chicken and peanut, hot and spicy chicken soup (tom sap gai), and green curry with chicken served with jasmine rice. We’ll make green curry paste from scratch. We will finish the class with sweet sticky rice with caramelized grated coconut. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn


The cost of tuition includes all food materials and fees.
