The sights, sounds, and flavors of Thailand burst through its street food. Often called the street food capital of the world, Bangkok’s signature cuisine offers unique ingredients, cooking styles, and dish garnishes. Join Ploy, a native Thai who will teach you how to make authentic recipes that Thai people cook in Thailand. In this fun interactive online class, We'll make Thai spicy salad, green curry with chicken served with steamed jasmine rice, Pad Thai with chicken, Thai dessert, and Thai iced tea. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn


This class will meet online using Zoom.
