Mexican food with Texan influences, Tex Mex, is by far one of the most popular cuisines in the United States. Come learn how to make mouth-watering Tex Mex favorites in this online interactive class. We will make bean, cheese and avocado nachos, Tex-Mex tortilla soup, and chicken mole enchiladas and tamale pie. You are welcome to pick one or two dishes to make along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link.
