The weekend starts early at The Scorpion Bar Mexican Cantina Foxwoods every Thursday night with Tequila + Tunes. Guests can choose from over 100 hand-selected offerings of 100 percent agave tequila and indulge in mouthwatering quesadillas for just $7. Those looking for a fiesta can stick around for live music beginning at 9pm.


The Scorpion Bar’s expansive tequila selection is one of the largest in Connecticut, and boasts a variety of blanco (silver), repo (rested), and anejo (aged) tequilas. Guests who prefer mixed drinks can enjoy a variety of margaritas from Beverage Director Joe O’Connor, including the Classico Margarita made with the restaurant’s custom margarita mix created exclusively by Connecticut-based cold-pressed craft juicer RIPE.


The 5,000 square-foot spaceprovides guests with the ideal spot to sip, socialize, and ring in the weekend with a cold beverage in hand. The Scorpion Bar Foxwoods also houses an outdoor patio, perfect for soaking up some summer sun while enjoying those post-work margaritas.
