One of the most inspiring, innovative, and caring artists in the beverage industry, the beloved Tenzin Samdo, has been battling advanced-stage liver cancer over the past few months. We are gathering together on January 30 to celebrate his life and career with a benefit to support his family.
In less than two decades, Tenzin has built a career as one of the most talented bartenders in the country, marrying a unique sense of aesthetics and cocktail storytelling with a spirit of kindness and generosity. His kind heart, positive attitude, and incredible ability to foster community are evident in those who have volunteered to lend their support.
ArtScience invites you to celebrate the legacy and career of Bar Director / Partner Tenzin Samdo on Wednesday, January 30 from 8:00pm-1:00am. Chefs Benjamin Lacy, Jody Adams, Ryan Boya, Kate Holowchik, Tony Susi, Louis DiBiccari, and Corey Seeker will be serving hors d'oeuvres and light bites from 8:00pm-11:00pm, while guest bartenders and the ArtScience team will be serving Tenzin’s newest cocktail menu inspired by endangered ocean species. Suggested entry price is $20. Tickets will also be available at the door. All donations will support the future education of Tenzin’s eight-year-old son, Mila.
