A series of four special classes designed to help you improve body awareness, refine technique, and gain tools that will allow you to connect more comfortably and confidently with your partner.
We’ll focus on solo practice to develop the most essential skill in tango: moving together with your partner on the dance floor.
Open to all gender identities who dance the follower role.
Class Format
Each class will be divided into three parts:
First 30 minutes – Understanding the mechanicsWe’ll explore the technical topic of the day through solo work (no heels!). This part will help you understand your body and how movement begins.
Next 30 minutes – Putting it into motionWith heels on, we’ll create a short sequence as a “lab” to apply and explore the technique. A playful and creative moment to activate your body and mind!
Final 15 minutes – Wrap-up & Q&ATime for review, reflection, and questions. Share your experience and clarify any doubts.
