About this Event
Qigong, or the movement of Qi (energy/life force) through the body, is the foundation of tai chi. Using simple, standing movements, we’ll explore the body/mind connection, how breath is central to this connection, and experience stress release. From the Chen style, we’ll also practice some simple agility movements. Suitable for beginners, or practitioners of any level.
