Three humanities faculty will give presentations related to Colson Whitehead's Pulitzer-prize winning novel "Underground Railroad" in anticipation of his visit to Lesley on Tuesday, Oct. 30.


Tatiana Cruz will speak on the actual underground railroad, Clara Ronderos on the novel's connections to magical realism and Mary Dockray-Miller on classical and canonical literary references in the novel.
