Welcome to "Sweet Delights" Valentine's Truffle Crafting with Wild Child Chocolates! This in-person chocolate truffle making course is perfect for anyone who wants an introduction into traditional truffle making. Impress friends or family at your next gathering with your hand-made traditional truffles. You will walk away with your own set of ~10 truffles and the knowledge to make them again!

Wild Child Chocolate is a small, women-owned business that lovingly handcrafts plant-based treats that take you on a sweet adventure. Sarah Shapiro is a chocolatier, poet, and Walking with Awareness Instructor at-large. She is based in Somerville, MA and hails from Chicago, IL. Sarah is the idea generator for Wild Child Chocolate, developing recipes, taste testing, and tinkering the day away. Sarah also coordinates and teaches truffle making classes, poetry classes, and rambling classes. From the time Sarah was a little girl, chocolate was always the answer. Are you sad? Have some chocolate. Happy! Let's celebrate with chocolate. After working in a family run confiserie, in Chicago, and traveling the world, Sarah is thrilled to invite you into her latest adventure, Wild Child Chocolate.

Directions and Parking: Located in Assembly Row along the Fit Row side of the shopping center. Assembly Row’s parking rate structure ensures visitors will always have a place to park. Assembly visitors can park for up to 3 hours for FREE. Longer stays will be charged a nominal, hourly rate. A ticketless gate system has been implemented at each of the garages, which allows for credit/debit card entry and exit. Cards will not be charged before the 3 hour time frame, and your information will be automatically erased once you exit the garage.
We are also accessible via the Assembly stop on the orange line.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if we are notified via email at [email protected] no less than 72 hours before the start time of the workshop. You will receive a 50% refund if notified no less than 48 hours before the start time of the workshop. No refund is available for less than 48 hour notice.
