New 261 Fearless group run of exercises to help build strength, endurance, mobility and stability to support your waking and running.
Come ready to sweat with one of our certified coaches. There will be a 40 minute session of exercises to build strength, endurance , mobility and stability. Stretcing muscles will be emphasized. Following will be time for walking and jogging to increase your cardivascilar system. Women 18+ of all abilities are welcome.
Meet at the base of the Dartmouth footbridge on the Espplanade side. Bring a mat and mask.
