Now that the heartbreak has worn off (some), City Tap House is focusing on eating and drinking as much as possible during the Super Bowl. The Fort Point beer paradise will channel an indoor tailgate as the big game is displayed on its mammoth 80” HDTV and throughout the restaurant. To snack, there is an MVP-worthy SBLVII Platter ($35) featuring a trio of City Tap’s most popular starters: Elote “Street Corn” Dip with jalapeños, chili powder, cotija, cilantro and chips; Wings with the option of signature ten-spice, buffalo or Jack Honey BBQ served with blue cheese ranch and crisp vegetables; and a Brick Oven Pizza of your choosing.


The ‘za starting lineup includes the Logan Square with garlic-roasted cremini mushrooms, goat cheese crema, provolone, red onion, rosemary, olive tapenade, roasted and marinated tomatoes, arugula and truffle oil; Classic Margherita with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and basil; Pepperoni with curly pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano and chili flake; Abe Froman with fennel sausage, caramelized onions and peppers, provolone and mozzarella; Four Fathers with bacon, pepperoni, sausage, prosciutto, mozzarella, sliced red onions and cherry peppers; and, as a tribute to Tommy, THE G.O.A.T. with sliced red onions, pistachio pesto, rosemary and truffle honey.
