B3 Sunday Suppers
Every Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Every Sunday, B3 will host 2 communal seatings for a 5 course dinner.
The menu is chef’s whim and prepared a la moment, featuring ingredients of the season, a dish Executive Chef Nicolas Swogger is testing for the next menu, or just something that’s been drumming around in his head for a while and he needs to try on a plate!
Some examples are Red Snapper Crudo (beet chips, sriracha, baby arugula, clementine, extra virgin oil, Maldon salt), Cauliflower Two Ways (seared cauliflower florets, cauliflower stem puree, pink peppercorn lemon brown butter, watercress), Bone-In Pork Chop (cornmeal spaetzle, red eye gravy, fried sage) and Corn Meal Monkfish (blackened chicken liver dirty rice, chow chow slaw).
Guests should come hungry, curious, adventurous and ready to meet friends!
Seatings are on Sunday’s at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at communal tables and are accompanied by live music performed by Berklee students and alumni. $55/guest. Reservations recommended at 617.997.0211.
