Sunday Sunset Beach Yoga w/ daisyface flow!

Join Morgan of daisyface flow Yoga & The daisyface Space Yoga + Meditation studio on Sunday evenings for an All Levels Vinyasa style yoga class at her favorite spot on Pleasure Bay Beach in South Boston!

Her Wednesday evening classes & Saturday morning classes have been so popular, students wanted a Sunday class as well. If you know Morgan, she's a woman of the people & wants to give the yogi's what they want & need!

$10 Venmo @daisyfaceflow or cash snags you a spot on the sand for an OPEN LEVELS yoga class focused in grounding breath, intentional movement, foundational postures & is a GREAT hour-long class for beginners! As always, Morgan teaches to accommodate student's of all experience, those working with a current or previous injury, and mama's to be! Be sure to let her know before the start of class so she can offer you the proper modifications to that evening's flow.

6PM will be the time when the air starts to cool, as the sun sinks off into the horizon. A time to join in community with other wellness minded individuals to stay in the NOW if only for that one hour on Sunday. Set yourself up for the week ahead by committing to show up for yourself, showing up, and then doing your very best and knowing, that that is MORE THAN ENOUGH.
