Demystify Malolactic Fermentation w/ Maia!


Folks, we're not scientists here. If the term 'malolactic fermentation' just sent you into a blank state of confusion, or if you've heard the term before but aren't quite sure what it does to the wines you love, this class is for you! Or maybe you ARE our friendly neighborhood scientist, in which case this class is also for you! (It's for everyone! Maia has her diagrams ready.)


As usual, we'll taste through 3 wines together, and there will be ample time for Q+A.


Tickets include: one-hour class + 3 tasting pours
