Connect deeply with yourself and others during our at Presence&Co. Bring in warmth, freedom, expansion, and energy during a celebration of the longest day of the year.
The circle will provide a restorative and creative space to join with others and explore your deepest self through journaling, guided meditation, and Reiki. Through meditation, journaling, reflection, and creative activities, our solstice and moon circles will help you find renewal and community.
The Summer Solstice circle will be held at the newly opened Presence&Co in downtown Reading, MA. We hope you will join us and can’t wait to meet you!
What to expect:
Our circles provide an in-person space to participate in guided mindfulness practices such as journaling, meditation, and yoga, and to connect with others. The circle facilitator will also offer Reiki to those who would like to receive it, which is a Japanese technique that promotes relaxation and balance.
What to bring:
- We ask that you respect all of those attending and respect the intentional sacred space and container that we will build together.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for settling in and parking. Please leave cell phones outside of the sacred space.
- Please bring a yoga mat, water, journal and pen. Optional items to help you feel comfortable: a blanket and a bolster or pillow.
- You are welcome to wear comfortable or loose fitting clothes that will allow you to relax into restorative poses.
