She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. Jessalynn especially enjoys incorporating meditation and breathing practices into her classes, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its postures, or asanas. She has experience teaching individuals of all ages, experience levels, and abilities.
Jessalynn received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia, and trained under teachers from the Himalayan Yoga Association of Rishikesh. Their deep-rooted, authentic instruction and the tranquil setting of the Southeast Pacific allowed her to truly immerse herself in this learning experience and gain a deeper appreciation for the practice.
