Summer Kick It By Eliza® class!


featuring Steph Wong & Meg Gallagher


Join us at Athleta Newbury for a FREE Kick It By Eliza® class at Athleta, featuring Steph Wong and Meg Gallagher!


Kick It By Eliza® is a 13-round fitness method that is music driven, sweat inducing, and kickboxing-inspired.


Athleta will host a raffle and distribute discount cards to all participants- bring your girlfriends and shop afterwards!


To foster a sense of community and the Kick It Crew, the class partners up half way through to shadowbox with each other. This fun, high-intensity interval training will not only give you all of the physical benefits, but also will leaving you feeling empowered and ready to start your day!


Athleta has changing rooms, restrooms, and a water fountain for attendees’ use. Please arrive 10 minutes early for class. We have a limited number of mats available for you to use for the end of class, so please bring a yoga mat if you have one.


For safety, we ask that all attendees sign a participation waiver and we also lock our doors after the start of class.


Latecomers will not be permitted entry.


About Steph and Meg:


Steph and Meg met two years ago when they became certified Kick It By Eliza® instructors together. They have been "kickin' it" since! They went through the certification process for many reasons-- to get out of their comfort zones, embrace both the physical and mental positive vibes of the class, and to meet other strong, incredible women in a supportive community.


We are excited to have Steph and Meg co-teach together! Be sure to check out Steph's class at Evolve Fitness Cambridge every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and give a shout out to Meg as this is her debut teaching!
