The health of your abdominals and the health of your back are very interdependent. If the back allows, the abdominals can work with powerful ease. When the abdominals are working well, the back can lengthen effortlessly. However, it is not uncommon for one to restrict the other. When this happens, 'the other’ has to work much harder than necessary. This increased effort can lead to pain in the back, shoulders, or neck or may cause breathing restrictions or organ dysfunction.
In this workshop, we will explore how the relationship between the abdominals and the back functions. We will also experience an empowering, yet soothing myofascial movement sequence to mobilize the spine, strengthen, lengthen and relax the abdominals and reinvigorate, hydrate, and soften the back.
(Price includes a set of myofascial release balls that you get to keep forever. These tools are needed for the workshop, and you can continue to enjoy these movements at home. A $25 value.)
