On Tuesday, November 21st, Executive Chef Farouk Bazoune and Pastry Chef Alex Bonnefoi invite guests to enjoy an artfully-prepared three-course Hennessey Prestige Dinner led by Regional Brand Ambassador Yanyi Wang.
Upon arrival, guests will sip a specially curated Hennessey cocktail as they’re treated to an abundant spread of passed hors d’oeuvres like Kuma Motto Oysters topped with refreshing yuzu sorbetto and caviar, Citrus-Cured Tuna, Stuffed Mushrooms, brimming with flavor from braised short ribs, truffle whipped potatoes, and beef brodo, along with a palate cleansing Strawberry Gazpacho capped with minted whipped cream.
Boasting luxrusious ingredients like langoustine, prime filet, and foie gras, complete with a decadent and eye-catching Mont-Blanc dessert, all paired with an exclusive pour, the three-course Hennessey Prestige Dinner prepared by Chefs Bazoune and Bonnefoi will be served as follows:
