Strikes For Tykes is a celebrity bowling tournament hosted by New England Patriots star offensive lineman and fan-favorite David Andrews. On Monday, October 7, 2024, teammates, sponsors, family, friends and fans will hit the bowling lanes at Kings Dining & Entertainment in Boston’s Seaport district to raise funds for pediatric care and programs that support children at Boston Medical Center (BMC).  

Strikes For Tykes, originally the Mayo Bowl, will build on the success of past bowling tournaments, which have built a reputation as the largest professional athlete-attended event in New England. Historically, the event has averaged thirty-five (35) New England Patriots players in attendance each year. Past notable attendees include: James White, Jerod Mayo, Robert Kraft, Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, Vince Wilfork, Joe Andruzzi and many more. Over the past fourteen (14) years, the event, initially founded by Jerod Mayo, has generated $3.6 million, with last year’s tournament, hosted in 2023 by David Andrews, raising more than $200,000.
