This hilariously subversive teen comedy features Alan Cumming and Parker Posey as a pair of nefarious record company execs who conspire with the U.S. government to brainwash kids through pop music. Unfortunately, they choose the wrong vessels for their campaign in Josie and the Pussycats, a pop-punk girl trio who are far more capable and principled than the bad guys give them credit for.
