Austrian wines have long been known for their stunning Rieslings and high vibrancy Grüner Veltliners, but they also boast some of the most expressive reds and sweet wines of the world. Join Noell as she takes you on a tour of the major regions and wines of Austria. You'll taste some familiar and not so familiar grapes, hello Rotgipfler(!), and see why Austrian wines could easily be considered the optimal food pairing companion. Noell will share some of her personal stories as well as the history of this dynamic part of the world.


This class will be offered Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who choose to register for the online class only, wine lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
