Edtech startups need a technical strategy. Non-technical founders may wonder if they should build or buy; how they can attract, screen and hire developers in this competitive environment, how they should decide among contract development firms, and if they can make use of "white label" components for LMS, assessment or rostering. They are concerned about issues of maintainability, intellectual property and competitive advantage. Howie Rosenblatt, an experienced product manager, will address key questions that non-technical founders face when developing their tech strategy.
