Are you looking for business-minded people to connect with about a new idea or a business venture you want to start ? Maybe looking to get feedback from others to take your idea to the next level? Or you don't have an idea yet but are looking for others to brainstorm with and come up with solutions to real-life problems in South Asia? Come to our meet-up!
We meet once a month. At each meeting, one to two attendees pitch their ideas to the group, which provides input/feedback/advice to help refine them.
Ideas at any stage of the development process are welcome. Whether you've identified a problem you want to solve and want help developing a solution; or have the rough outlines of a solution and want advice to fill in the details; or have a detailed idea, even a business plan and perhaps a prototype, and are looking for a willing audience to practice your pitch; or have something in between: you'll fit right in.
IF YOU ARE A Wannapreneur, PLEASE COME AND PITCH YOUR IDEA AT THIS EVENT FREE OF COST AND THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND A PLATFORM FOR YOU TO GET A FEEDBACK AND MEET NEW LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE TO COLLABORATE WITH!
Ideas at every stage are welcome.
MESSAGE US AT MEETUP APP AND WE WILL RESERVE A SLOT FOR YOU.
Who are we? We are a diverse group - doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, corporate employees and HBS students- of mostly South Asian heritage, with a mind for business, an interest in social impact, and a love for taking start-up ideas at the intersection of those three areas (South Asia, business, social impact) and helping to turn them into real businesses."
This meet-up's focus will be Building Personal Brands.
Introduction of each member: Each person will begin the introduction with a 1-minute introduction and 3 adjectives which define him/her towards building his/her own personal brand. We will use life coaching and marketing concepts to build a positive personal brand.
Every idea/pitch will be centered around ensuring building and protecting the brand value.
