The Capital Network is partnering with the City of Cambridge Community Development to bring you Start It Up! An afternoon full of free events to help support founders from Cambridge (and beyond) in their early stages
At Start It Up we’ll help you Build, Learn & Connect - 3 things every founder needs:
You’ll Build: The Perfect Pitch - You only have a few minutes to get an investor’s (or anyone’s!) attention and convey the essence of your business concisely and convincingly. Learn how to tell a story about your company that would make anyone, especially investors, want to hear more!
You’ll Learn: Options for Funding - Find out types of funding are a good fit your business and stage and what opportunities exist across Boston’s funding landscape.
You’ll Connect: Meet with Mentors, Entrepreneurs, Resources and Services that can help you along your startup’s journey.
We’ll bring food from a local Cambridge business, and finish the day off with Ice Cream.
This event will include a resources guidebook to help you understand what organizations and opportunities are at your disposal in Cambridge and beyond.
If you are a founder with an idea or a startup, looking to Build, Learn & Connect, then this is the event to help you. Start It Up!
