While St. Patrick’s Day may trace the holiday’s origins back to the story of when Saint Patrick cast the snakes out of Ireland – at Powisset we celebrate with delicious food served in our barn kitchen! Join Chef Thi as she shares how to bake the perfect Barmbrack Bread to be served with an Irish Stew from the Ballymaloe House Cookery School in County Cork and a (better than steamed) Roasted Cabbage Wedge Salad.
