This free spoken word drop-in is a place to write, practice, and become acquainted with spoken word and slam. No sign-ups required.


We will study prominent writers and performers to learn and practice new techniques for writing, memorizing, and performing our own written work. Each session will include some kind of writing, some performance, and peer feedback. Whether you are prepping for your next slam or you just want an introduction to spoken word performance, this drop-in is for you!
