This workshop will examine simple spinal movements that are the basis for all classical yoga postures. We will begin with an interactive lecture on eight essential movements of the spine, and then we will incorporate those movements in a flow-based practice.
This spinal movements flow can help the body become more mobile, increase circulation, generate energy, help relieve back pain, and increase core strength. The practice will promote both strength and flexibility without feeling intense stretch or stress.
