Step into our newly renovated culinary bookstore and classroom for the debut of Curio’s Fall Spice School. In this intimate workshop, Curio’s founder will guide you through a sumptuous exploration of spice — from their origins and aromas to their transformative role in food and drink.


Throughout the evening, you’ll craft your own bespoke spice blend, savor seasonal bites and drinks infused with Curio’s signature blends, and immerse yourself in the art of flavor.

Directions: The Spice Lab is immediately adjacent to our spice shop, at 2267 Massachusetts Ave. Metered parking is available along Mass Ave, or there is a lot at the intersection of Day Street and Herbert Street towards Davis Square if you don't mind a quick walk!

Claire Cheney founded Curio Spice Co. in 2015 to source spices directly from small sustainable and socially responsible farms and share their stories through her unique blends. She's worked in the specialty food and restaurant industry since 2008 and has spent years hunting spices all over the globe.
