The day before Valentine’s Day was dubbed as Galentine’s Day by the incomparable Leslie Knope and we want to celebrate with you by spending some time loving up on ourselves! Find a comfy spot, change into your coziest of clothes and hang with a group of badass women.
Join Breaking Barriers Coach, Rachel Sadler, for an evening spent tapping into what you love about yourself and all of the amazing qualities that you can celebrate. Plus, special guest Fatima Dainkeh will be leading you through a guided meditation for a chance to re-center and show yourself all the love. You’ll walk away with a sense of peace and a handout with the journal prompts to keep the reflections of self-love going!
