75 South End Artists will welcome you at “Salon Sunday.” 450 Harrison Avenue houses studios for Boston’s finest established and emerging artists in Boston’s SoWa Arts and Design District (SoWa was recently voted the 2nd best arts district in the US by USA Today). On March 26th, the Sowa Artists Guild invites the public to attend “Salon Sunday”. The doors will open at noon, allowing the public to see the latest work, meet the artists, and buy directly from the artists. Expect to see varied and original works of art from some of the most talented area artists working in acrylic, oil, watercolor, encaustic, print, wire, jewelry, sculpting, fabric design, photography, drawing, multi-media, collage, and charcoal—ranging in genre from abstract to traditional. Free parking is available at 460 and 500 Harrison Ave., with additional parking under the expressway off of Albany Street.
