Indian cuisine is just as expansive as European cuisine. South Indian food is rich in flavors and aroma with whole spices, mustard seeds, coconut, and curry leaves. In this online class, we’ll make South Indian chicken coconut curry, dal palak (dal and spinach side), aloo gobi mutter (pea potato side), coconut tamarind raita, paratha, and fragrant rice. You are welcome to pick some or all dishes to cook along or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link.
