Join Caitlin and Kerry Ann for a night of slow flow intentional movement and restorative yoga poses led by the sound of singing bowls. Kerry Ann will lead the class while Caitlin plays bowls to match the energy of the practice. Reiki healing and hands on assist will be provided. All levels welcome.

About the sound healer:

Caitlin Rose is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and strengthen their inner guidance through the healing power of movement and sound. A 300-hour RYT and graduate student completing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Caitlin also works as a behavioral health therapist, blending somatic awareness practices.
