I'm so excited and grateful to be offering this sound bath vibe session at MoTA Wellness in Somerville MA. Cultivating and supporting a space for others and their mental health and healing journeys through sound healing is what I hope to do.

Bring a comfy blanket and your yoga mat & settle in for a melodic Sound Bath Vibe Session.

This 1hr offering is meant to support and cultivate deep rest and relaxation, relieving anxiety& stress promoting healing and overall wellness through the vibrations of sound.

Feel free to bring a journal or any writing utensils you may feel you need. This space is the perfect opportunity for reflection and creative expression should you desire.
