What brings you joy and a sense of purpose? These are your soul powers! Come re-discover the true you and access your unique soul powers through creativity and intuition. Activities will include Soul Power card* making, collage, drawing, meditation, journaling, and more. No previous artistic experience or training required! We will also engage our bodies and voices with fun, easy drama activities intended to bring clarity to a personal challenge and make your unconscious conscious. Each day’s itinerary will include a balance of group and individual activities as well as reflective down-time for lunch in historic Marblehead, Massachusetts. If you are yearning for a weekend of reflection, creativity, spontaneity, and time spent in the company of kindred spirits, consider giving yourself this unique experience!
*Soul Power cards reflect your soul, thus providing inspiration and clarity. The cards are meditative tools for your intuitive use, providing guidance on life. Creating the cards involves collage, and imagery is symbolic, allowing your unconscious to become conscious. Making and using the cards are excellent means of practicing creative visualization and positive affirmation, helping you to manifest your greatest hopes and dreams!
All supplies provided. Snacks, coffee, tea, and water will also be provided. Participants should plan independent lunches.
Participants leave with: Handmade Soul Power cards, easy home card making technique, a renewed connection with themselves and sources of joy and purpose, a workbook of inspirational material, a meditation exercise, and transformative insight into a life challenge
Past participants have said:
"I have such a better understanding of my soul powers by using so many creative modalities...I kept learning new things about myself."
"I need to do things like this more often."
"...such a passionate, kind, and skillful facilitator!"
"The cards were a really interesting way to see into how I work, what I find important, what I'm really like. "
