SOUL DANCE is a unique, one of a kind conscious dance experience.

SOUL DANCE incorporates a powerful system of Tantric Energy Alchemy, packaged into a high-intensity, dynamic, and fully immersive 3 hour experience.

SOUL DANCE is a progressive journey - a beginning to end experience, like an epic story that takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, feelings, and experiences, eventually culminating into a climatic finale.

Through five distinct and unique phases each incorporating Sound, Breath, Movement, and Energy Sublimation, the dancer experiences a progressive uplifting and refinement of energy through the 7 chakras.

The five phases of SOUL DANCE are:

Primal - explosive ignition of the Root Chakra through powerful Tantric breathing and vocal projections.

Somatic - deep connection with the Sacral Chakra through internalized energy control and embodied dance.

Ecstatic - fiery activation of the Solar Plexus Chakra as somatic dance evolves into high energy ecstatic expression.️

Euphoric - with the continued uplifting of sound and sublimation of energy into the higher chakras, the Heart, Throat, and Third Eye, the dancer eventually enters into a light and joyful state.

Nothingness - we gracefully conclude the dance experience with a special breathing technique and guided meditation by sound, leading into complete stillness - The Nothingness.
