These ongoing weekly sessions are an online space for musicians. Each session consists of a twenty minute Feldenkrais® movement lesson, an hour of individual musical practice time, and ten minutes of reflection. Less isolation, stress, and pain; more enjoyment, ease, curiosity, community, and learning.
