Please join us for a relaxing Slow Flow Yoga Class in our McKim Exhibition Hall in partnership with Hands to Heart Center (HTHC), whose Yoga 4 All program shares the healing practice of yoga with Greater Boston’s low-income and under-resourced communities. HTHC yoga classes are designed to be culturally affirming, accessible, inclusive and inspiring—yoga classes in which anyone and everyone can participate.


In this Slow Flow Yoga Class, participants will be led slowly and mindfully through a variety of yoga poses. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Suitable for all bodies and ability levels—ALL ARE WELCOME!!! Anyone under 18 (14+) needs to be accompanied by an adult. Please bring your mat if you have one; some mats will be available for use during the class.


Registration is highly encouraged. Please visit the "Registration Required" box on the event website for more information. If there is space available, walk-ins are welcome.
