On Thursday, August 20th, 2015, SKY in Norwood, MA is toasting the final weeks of summer with a cocktail and lobster-bake celebration! Complete with seasonal specials, Chef Andy DiPace’s three-course creation spices up the traditional lobster-bake spread by pairing each course with SKY’s signature summer cocktails.
Guests will kick off the summer fun at 6:30PM on SKY’s outdoor patio by sipping on Tropical Sangria and snacking on Grilled Oysters and Sweet Sausage and Shrimp Tacos. As the sun sets, guests will move inside to indulge in SKY’s signature Margarita and Limóncello Cucumber Cooler while feasting on 1 ¼ lb Lobster, Grilled Mexican Street Corn, Black Bean and Native Corn Salad and Roasted Potato Dill Salad. To end the evening the traditional summer way, Grilled Watermelon S’mores with be served alongside Caramel Peanut Rum Punch.
For $60.00 per person (tax and gratuity not included), guests can take in the evening and savor each of the three courses, alongside SKY’s signature cocktail pairings.
