Business leaders have always been challenged to inspire, motivate and develop their teams. The current COVID-19 crisis has disrupted business operations and increased worker anxieties. How can you lead your team during the pandemic?
In this one-hour session, Professor Jim Pouliopoulos (Pouli) of Bentley University will explore how you can better understand the needs of individuals on your teams, and how those needs and reactions may change under stress. Pouli will explain how implementing a coaching approach via phone, web conferencing or face-to-face helps employees gain clarity about their goals, identify their areas of concern, become accountable for their actions, and take control of their professional effectiveness. Join us for this engaging discussion which will include two breakout room exercises plus Q and A.
