Sketch Class with Slow River Studio at Hammond Castle Museum

Experience the timeless beauty of Hammond Castle Museum dressed for the holidays! This season, YOU can learn to sketch the enchanting grounds and breathtaking interior spaces of this celebrated New England landmark, as Hammond Castle Museum has partnered with Slow River Studio to bring you sketching classes here at the Museum.
Slow River Studio caters to all skill sets, teaching artistic skills and creative confidence in every class. From stick figure doodlers to first-rate talents, all are welcome! You will become an accomplished creator as you stretch outside of your comfort zone in a supportive environment!
Sketching classes will take place both inside and outside the Castle, with participants using watercolors and pencil for sketching. (Please note: no pastels, oils, or acrylics are permitted.) Please note: If you wish to tour Hammond Castle Museum on the day of your sketch class, you may purchase Self-Guided Tour tickets in the Museum Shop at a 20% discount. Proof of participation in the Slow River Studios program will be required. All proceeds from this educational program support additional educational programs and ongoing Museum restorations.
