Six String Hosts Stories Of Bravery Whiskey Dinner In Partnership With Horse Soldier Bourbon Whiskey

Six String invites guests in for an evening filled with food, drink, and captivating stories, featuring Horse Soldier Bourbon Whiskey.

Throughout dinner, Horse Soldier Brand Ambassador Stephen Kofron, a retired US Army Non-Commissioned Officer with extensive service in the Army Rangers and Special Forces, will captivate guests with riveting tales from his remarkable journey. Kofron, a pivotal member of the ODA 595 Special Forces team, made history as part of the first response team to land in Afghanistan following the events of 9/11.

Guests can enjoy a Welcome Hour showcasing an Old Fashioned alongside a selection of appetizers, such as a Bacon Wall and a Cheese & Charcuterie Spread to kick off the event followed by a three-course meal with each dish thoughtfully paired with Horse Soldier Whiskey selections.

The first course includes a tantalizing Salmon Brussels Caesar featuring spiced and honey-glazed seared Atlantic salmon, shredded charred Brussels sprouts, cotija cheese, cornbread crostini, and grated cured egg yolk, perfectly complemented by Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Next up is the delectable Smoked Prime Rib Dinner with a smoked 10oz prime rib, herb-roasted potatoes, whiskey au jus, horseradish cream sauce, and lemon-butter-grilled asparagus, paired with Horse Soldier Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey for the second course. Finally, dinner will conclude with a third course featuring a delightful Bananas Foster PBJ Bread Pudding comprising of peanut butter jelly bread pudding, caramelized bananas, caramel ice cream, and honey-roasted pecan bits, paired with a Classic Manhattan. 

Former NFL Player x 3x Superbowl Champion Matt Light will also speak at the event and a portion of proceeds will be donated back to the Light Foundation, a foundation established by Light and his wife Susie with a mission of helping young people develop the skills, values, and mindset they need to create a meaningful and productive future.
