Looking for a cozy night out with good conversation? On October 30, join us at Dray in the South End for an evening of NA drinks, snacks, and community led by Karen Alfaro, PhD Candidate at Brandeis University.
Together, we’ll explore how wellness practices — like yoga, mindfulness, nature, and more — shape people’s relationships with alcohol, including sober curiosity and temporary alcohol abstinence challenges (such as Sober October or Dry January). This is a chance to share your experiences, connect with others, and contribute to research where little has been studied before.
Participants will also receive a gift card as a thank you.
Who should join the research discussion:
✅ Adults (18+)
✅ People who have taken a break from alcohol, are sober curious, have cut back, or stopped drinking
Note:
We welcome everyone to attend this event! For the group discussion, the research will focus on participants who haven’t been clinically diagnosed with a substance use disorder (SUD) or alcohol use disorder (AUD).
Spots are limited so please register here to confirm your attendance.
