You'll want to prepare for a battle of good vs. evil as our Sinners, Saints and best original or reality stars fight for the ultimate costume titles - including the best scary horror stars.


Your fortune tells us that you'll be leaving the trick-or-treaters behind for this 21+ only event. No need to bring your credit card, this is a bills only affair with ATM's that sometimes work well. For those who dare to join us, boarding at 6:30 pm, we set sail for the mysterious at 7:00 pm sharp (Inner Harbor Cruise).



The boat is located on the side of the World Trade Center/Seaport Building across from Morton's and Tamo. Print or show your tickets on your phone at a registration table halfway down the Commonwealth Pier.
