Sing for Joy is a fun & creative practice of getting in touch with the natural flow of life through sound. It is done in a non-judgmental and playful format. In a human body, throat is a midpoint between heart and mind. It links feeling and thought. Mastering your inner voice a journey of balancing mind, body, and spirit.
Sing for Joy helps to access spontaneous, authentic, and natural way of heart-based self-expression. Playful and simple practices include sound- and music- making, vocal and laughter yoga, centering, breath work, poetry, story-telling, movement, intuitive channeling, role play, relaxation, and reflections.
Mindful development of voice is linked to improved communication, self-expression, forgiveness, creativity, trust, wisdom, purification, strength, prosperity, spiritual awakening, and deep & authentic relating.
