Be kind to yourself by taking care of your mind. This gentle silent day retreat is specially suited for those who are new to silent retreats. You will learn and practice simple, guided meditations that help you develop and maintain a calm, clear mind. When our mind is peaceful, we naturally approach life with greater confidence, positivity, and ease.
This is a precious opportunity to step away from the noise and distractions of daily life and discover how nourishing even a short time of silence can be. The day is carefully guided, supportive, and designed to feel accessible and comfortable — even if you have never done a silent retreat before.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of interest and experience. Everyone is welcome.
