Burnout is no longer just a buzzword — it's something too many of us know intimately. Research shows that women are experiencing burnout at significantly higher rates than men, yet the systems meant to support them in the workplace and in healthcare often fail to recognize it.

This conversation will explore the hidden toll of chronic stress on our bodies and minds, the leadership cultures that perpetuate it, and the strategies helping people reclaim their wellbeing, together.

Taking the stage are Boston Globe culture columnist and creator of A Beautiful Resistance Jeneé Osterheldt; emergency physician, New York Times bestselling author, and founder and CEO of Advancing Health Equity Dr. Uché Blackstock; CEO of Boston Women's Fund and founder of Horizon Collective Natanja Craiq Oquendo; and Global Product Director at Reebok Carmen Hardaway.

Together, they will examine the intersection of leadership pressure and women's health, challenge the systems that normalize exhaustion as ambition, and amplify the voices of women redefining what sustainable success looks like.

Whether you're a leader, a caregiver, or someone quietly running on empty, you belong in this room.
